AI CardVault is an AI-powered event lead management solution that helps companies digitize business cards, capture exhibition leads, add voice notes, work offline, and sync with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.
It is built specifically for companies that participate in trade shows and exhibitions and want to convert booth visitors into structured, actionable sales leads.
Role Objective
To drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships for AI CardVault by targeting Marketing Heads, CMOs, and Sales Heads of mid-to-large manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and automobile ancillary companies (₹50+ Cr turnover), especially those actively participating in exhibitions and trade fairs.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and approach target companies participating in exhibitions and trade fairs.
Build a strong funnel of qualified prospects in the manufacturing, pharma, and auto ancillary sectors.
Conduct product demonstrations (in-person & virtual) for CXO-level stakeholders.
Understand client pain points and position AI CardVault as a solution.
Drive complete sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Exhibition & Field Engagement
Visit major exhibitions and trade fairs across India.
Network with marketing and sales leaders at events.
Collect qualified leads and nurture relationships.
Represent AI CardVault professionally at industry events.
Relationship Management & Renewals
Maintain strong post-sale relationships with customers.
Drive renewals, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal tech and support teams for smooth onboarding.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Market Development
Identify industry associations and exhibition organizers for partnerships.
Suggest improvements based on market feedback.
Help refine messaging and positioning for target industries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or enterprise software).
Experience selling to mid-to-large manufacturing / pharma companies is a strong plus.
Confident in interacting with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Sales Leaders.
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
Excellent communication (English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred).
Comfortable with travel and attending exhibitions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude.
